Welcome to your new Management Center

We’ve made it more modern, clear and user-friendly

As one of our cherished partners, you deserve nothing less than a first-rate experience when using our platform. So we’ve listened to your feedback and modernized our Management Center — and now, we’re thrilled to unveil it. This new platform is designed to help you manage your listing more efficiently and easily — and attract more diners.

You’ll instantly notice the new Management Center is visually much cleaner, simpler and more modern. Clearer navigation ensures that frequently visited areas are easy to find, and you can complete tasks in a straightforward, uncomplicated manner.

Here are three ways the management center has changed for the better:

Easier discovery and navigation

Quickly find popular actions, from updating menus to interacting with reviews, via dedicated tabs on the left-hand menu.

The Billing tab is now prominently displayed in the top right-hand corner of the homepage for easy access.

Your Listing ID is always viewable in the overview page. No more having to search around to find it.

Simpler task completion 

When you update your details in Business Info, we’ll now show you that the changes are processing, so that you’ll know we’re working on it (Image 1). You’ll also be able to see when your most recent updates were made (Image 2).

Easier access to customer support (and to give feedback)

You’ll now have access to live customer support agents via dedicated support chat functionality, accessible via a simple prompt at the lower right-hand side of the page. Please note: This feature will be rolled out across all users over the next few months.

A more prominent feedback button makes it easier for you to voice your opinion.

Also note: a few areas in the Management Center — including Analytics, User Permissions, Promo Tools & Awards, and Billing — aren’t yet included in the new experience. But stay tuned … more changes are on the way!
